Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed in 1-3 business days.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Regular and Expedited shipping are available. We ship from Toronto via UPS. Orders from Toronto customers may arrive via local delivery. Regular shipments typically have a delivery time of 2-7 business business days after processing, while expedited shipments typically have a delivery time of 1-2 business days. We do not ship outside of Canada.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. Rates for orders below $100 are as follows:
Express, orders 0kg-2kg: $21.90
Standard delivery, orders 0kg-2kg: $14.90
Standard delivery, orders 2kg-30kg
RETURNS, CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Personal care goods (such as feminine hygiene products) are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet been processed.
Unfortunately, changes to orders cannot be accommodated. If you need to change something and your order has not yet been processed, please cancel your order and place your order again.
